Questions Answered
How long does a typical software project take?
Most projects move through Discover (1–2 weeks) and Blueprint (1–2 weeks) before entering Build sprints. A typical MVP delivery runs 8–14 weeks from the strategy session to a working production release.
What happens in the strategy session?
The strategy session IS Phase 01. You come with your problem — we co-create your architecture blueprint, tech stack recommendation and delivery roadmap. You leave with a concrete plan, not a generic deck.
Do you work with existing in-house development teams?
Yes. We embed as an engineering co-founder within your team — handling code reviews, architecture decisions and quality gates — operating in your existing sprint cadence without disruption.
What is your AI response latency SLA?
We commit to less than 2 seconds end-to-end latency for agentic AI outputs. Every output also carries a confidence score so you always know how reliable the result is.
